Not all Cheeses are Off Limits

 

Soft cheeses are off-limits, but varieties such as cheddar and mozzarella can be a big help in meeting your calcium requirements. Slice some cheddar cheese and eat it plain or with some multi-grain crackers for a quick and easy snack! Cheese is also a great source of protein.
